I am a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) baby. My diaphragm developed with a hole in it and my organs were misplaced in my chest cavity. The organs pushed on my lungs, causing one lung to be very small. I was born on October 9, 2007 at Johns Hopkins. Now it is three years later: I am saying a bunch of words, I still receive foods through a g-tube and am on oxygen while I sleep. I can't walk yet, but believe I can out scoot anyone! Here is the story of my amazing and patient recovery.

Turquoise strikes again!!!
Here is another photo of my GREAT friend Laura wearing turquoise with her two adorable boys Ethan and Jack. Laura and I went to college together and have remained good friends since then. Laura is truly a good friend and have supported Wyatt and my family from the very beginning. Not only has she been a big supporter... pre-kids she taught me all about wine, cooking, books... we had many wonderful evenings of fancy dinners at her house and I have many great memories of college... gosh how much life has changed!! She is a true renaissance girl!! Thank you Laura's Family!!
By the way... I am still accepting turquoise pictures... espeically from my SISTER, MOTHER, FATHER, COUSINS...!!!
