Thank You❤️❤️

Wyatt is projected to go down to pre op around 2:00pm today for his shunt procedure so we are all just hanging out in his hospital room today catching up on the outpouring of prayers and support.  I share with Wyatt all the correspondence- comments, notes, phone calls, texts, messages, etc…. to keep his spirits up and for him to know how many people are behind him.  He has only been at his high school for one school year, but the connections he made and the support  means a lot to Wyatt. I share it all and he is all smiles🙂   He just opened a handwritten note from Brother Charles, his German teacher sharing that he had his entire German class praying for him and that he’s on his prayer list.  His school counselor, Bethany has been one of his biggest cheerleaders preparing him mentally for a long stay in the hospital and checking in on his progress. His school nurse Cindy, his Biology teacher Mrs. Robertson texts frequently checking in on him and so many others-  Mentor, Mr. Wellein,  his Algebra teacher Mr. Firoavante, golf coach- Mr. Forrrster, and CHC Band, Admin, classmates, and friends.  Probably more than I mentioned.  In just one school year, we have felt the love and support.  Calvert Hall is a special place. ❤️

In addition,  Wyatt’s friends have been keeping in touch, his Scout mates, Lifeteen, our friends, co-workers, and family.  My close friends have been incredible. Thank you all- our hearts are full❤️❤️❤️.  This isn’t my first rodeo and maintaining a healthy state of mind for Wyatt is equally important as his physical wellbeing.  Just reading this blog- caring and praying for him means the world. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️.
